  • You have deep trauma to work on- this is the work of a therapist (which I’m not)
  • You just need a shoulder to cry on- I need you to take responsibility and do the work on yourself!
  • You’re expecting quick fixes- what I do changes your life very quickly, but I’m no magician
  • You’re not ready to invest time in yourself- what I teach only takes minutes, the aim is not to overload you even more, but you need 15-20 mins daily and maybe 30 mins extra once a week
  • You feel like this should be free, and are happy to be put on a waitlist to get support through the health services
  • You want alternative therapies bathing in the esoteric world, burning sage, and lying amongst crystals!

FAQs

“I’ve never done yoga, can I do this?”
This is not yoga the way you probably imagine it to be. This is more about somatic work through gentle movement, releasing, and stimulating the tissues and specific nerves. This is done through poses and gentle sequences that anyone can do.


“I can never relax- how will this work?”
Often, this just disguises something else: the fact that we are uncomfortable with being left alone with our own thoughts. It’s scary what goes on in our heads!
But more often, it’s because you are in a constant state of alert to danger and perceived threats.
With the breath, and leveraging neuroscience, we can balance the nervous system and get you to a place where you can quiet the mind.


“How much of my time will this take?”
The programs were designed with you in mind. The practices I'm going to show you can be done in the moment you need them, and the regular exercises to build into a routine only take a few minutes a day. So you CAN make the time to look after yourself, and get results.
It would be counterproductive to add more to your to-do list!
You just need to account for an extra 20-30 mins once a week to watch the videos in preparation for the first 5 sessions.


"What if I don't feel like a session, I've got so much on my plate!"

Then this is exactly when you need one! A lot happens in a session, but we do practice together and they will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. Being in a state of panic, triggered into "fight/flight" or "freeze" will keep you there and be counterproductive anyway, even if you feel you're "doing something". It's time to TIME OUT!


“How can I be sure this is working?”
You’ll feel the difference very quickly.
But you want real, measurable, objective results? With the HeartMath™ technology I use, you get direct biofeedback so you can see in real-time how you are affecting your inner state and physiology, track your progress, and measure how far you've come!

If you feel you're not receiving value from the experience, yet can prove you have completed all coaching assignments agreed upon and given to you, and practiced as advised (I can see if you have been practicing on both the Clan Wellness and Inner Balance™ apps so there's no hiding!), you are entitled to a refund for the value of the remaining sessions, up to the value of half the program.
