“I’ve never done yoga, can I do this?”
This is not yoga the way you probably imagine it to be. This is more about somatic work through gentle movement, releasing, and stimulating the tissues and specific nerves. This is done through poses and gentle sequences that anyone can do.
“I can never relax- how will this work?”
Often, this just disguises something else: the fact that we are uncomfortable with being left alone with our own thoughts. It’s scary what goes on in our heads!
But more often, it’s because you are in a constant state of alert to danger and perceived threats.
With the breath, and leveraging neuroscience, we can balance the nervous system and get you to a place where you can quiet the mind.

The programs were designed with you in mind. The practices I'm going to show you can be done in the moment you need them, and the regular exercises to build into a routine only take a few minutes a day. So you CAN make the time to look after yourself, and get results.
It would be counterproductive to add more to your to-do list!
You just need to account for an extra 20-30 mins once a week to watch the videos in preparation for the first 5 sessions.

Then this is exactly when you need one! A lot happens in a session, but we do practice together and they will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. Being in a state of panic, triggered into "fight/flight" or "freeze" will keep you there and be counterproductive anyway, even if you feel you're "doing something". It's time to TIME OUT!
