Are your classes suited to beginners?
Yes! I lay the foundations, with loads of options to adapt to your level. My moto: “Meet your edge and breathe through it”.
Once you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, it will be time to tackle progressions!
What type of yoga do you teach?
I mostly teach Hatha yoga, which is a traditional style mixing strength, balance, and flexibility postures with breathwork and relaxation/meditation. These classes are well-rounded, whether you are looking to relieve body aches and pains, gain more strength and flexibility, or are looking to relieve stress and anxiety.
I also teach Yin and Restorative yoga which are slow and gentle, focusing on softening connective tissue and calming the nervous system. And I'm a kids and family yoga teacher too!
When and where are your in-person classes?
Wednesdays 6PM at Strathleven House, Dumbarton.
Fridays 9.30AM at Clan Wellness studio, Strathleven, Bonhill.
I also host regular workshops. See all details in the timetable!
How much do your in-person classes cost?
A single class is £8.
A 5 class pass is £35 (valid for 7 weeks).
A 10 class pass is £65 (valid for 12 weeks).
How do I book a class or workshop?
Use the timetable below which doubles up as a booking calendar!
Register, create login details, and pay online! You can log back in to amend your booking anytime.
Please note:
You can only book a class for yourself.
There is a 24h cancellation policy in place, which means that you'll lose your class credit if you cancel within 24h of your class.
What do I need for class?
You'll need at a minimum a yoga mat. I recommend also having a block or two, and a strap (optional).
What should I wear?
Stretchy and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Note that you’ll be spending quite some time bent over, so a loose top will ride up and might reveal bits you don't want to and cover your face!
You can also bring a cosy top if you wish to cover up for relaxation/meditation at the end of the class.
No shoes or socks as yoga is practiced bare feet. This is for grip, grounding, and using all the muscles in the feet we don’t use enough!
